Item return claims must be made within 30 days of receipt to info@moraz-usa.com.
Items that have been opened, used, printed on, washed, or altered in any way are not returnable.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
You will be provided with a pre-paid return shipping label.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
