Refund and Returns Policy

We always want you to be happy with your purchase. But, if you are unsatisfied, it’s easy to make a return.

• Returns claims must be made within 30 days of receipt to info@moraz-usa.com.
• Returned items must be unused and in good condition with the original packaging attached.
• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. We do not charge any restocking fees.

You will be provided with a pre-paid return shipping label.

We will refund your purchase in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.

Please remember we can’t accept returns without prior authorization through Customer Care.
